I called and was very impressed with the information and customer service I received. Indeed, all of my contacts with the local office have been excellent. My questions have been answered promptly and thoroughly, the driver who delivered the pod could not have been more professional or caring, and the pod was fresh, clean, odor-free, and waterproof. My furniture was stored in it for five weeks, and it came out in the same condition it went in.
