You load on your schedule, then decide: keep it on your property for easy access or have us transport it to our secure off-site facility. No truck rentals, no repeated trips to a fixed location. As a locally owned and operated business serving the area, our team handles delivery, pickup, and redelivery with transparent pricing and no hidden fees, mileage charges, tolls, fuel costs, or insurance prices.
We offer three container sizes: 12-foot, 16-foot, and 20-foot. Whether you’re clearing rooms for a renovation or moving a full household, there’s a container built for the job. Why Harvey Customers Choose Our Secure Storage Service
A portable storage container from us arrives at your door and stays there until you’re ready. That alone separates it from traditional storage: no scheduling around facility hours, no loading dock competition, no drive across town with a full truck. Our containers are designed with features that matter in this climate and in these neighborhoods.
Steel Construction: Containers are built from steel with reinforced doors and strong locking mechanisms. The padlock key stays with you.
Ventilated Design: Built-in ventilation reduces interior moisture, limiting the humidity buildup that contributes to mold and mildew in southern Louisiana’s climate.
Eight Inches Off the Ground: Every container sits elevated to help protect contents from ground-level water, a practical feature during heavy rainfall and storm runoff common on the West Bank.
Driveway-Safe Placement: Padded wheels protect your driveway and property surface during delivery and pickup.
Flexible On-Site or Off-Site Storage: Keep the container on your property for ongoing access, or let us store it at our secure off-site facility and return it whenever you need it.
Transparent Pricing: No hidden fees, mileage charges, tolls, fuel costs, or insurance prices added after the fact.
Container Sizes
Choosing the right container size comes down to how many rooms you’re working with, the scope of your project, and how long you need access. Here’s how our three sizes break down.
12-Foot Container: Suited for 2 to 3 rooms, studio or dorm relocations, and smaller home or business projects. A practical choice when you need secure storage without taking up significant driveway space.
16-Foot Container: Suited for 3 to 4 rooms, condo and apartment moves, and mid-sized renovation projects. A strong fit for households in transition who need room to store furniture and packed boxes while work is underway.
20-Foot Container: Suited for full-home moves of 4 to 6 rooms, large construction projects, and high-volume business inventory or equipment storage. This is the right choice when volume is the priority.
All containers undergo routine quality checks before delivery. Common Harvey storage scenarios include home renovations, household moves within the West Bank, business inventory overflow, and temporary storage during remediation or disaster recovery.

How the Secure Storage Process Works
Our process is straightforward from first call to final pickup, and every step keeps you in control of your timeline and your belongings.
Choose Your Container: Select a 12-foot, 16-foot, or 20-foot container based on your space, timeline, and access needs. Our team can help you decide if you’re unsure.
Delivery to Your Harvey Address: We deliver the container directly to your property. No truck rental required on your end.
Load at Your Own Pace: There’s no deadline pressure. Load your belongings when it works for you, organized the way you want.
Choose On-Site or Off-Site Storage: Keep the container on your property for convenient access, or have us pick it up and store it at our secure off-site facility.
Access & Return: When your container is stored off-site and you need access, we return it to your property. When you’re done, we pick it back up.
This process works for families managing a move, homeowners mid-renovation, and businesses storing inventory or equipment. Our team stays in communication throughout so there are no surprises.
Storage Considerations Specific to Harvey
Southern Louisiana brings high humidity, frequent rainfall, and elevated heat for much of the year. Our containers are ventilated and sit eight inches off the ground to address exactly these conditions, reducing moisture buildup and keeping contents clear of ground-level water. Steel walls and weather-resistant construction handle the rest.
Placement on the Jefferson Parish West Bank comes with its own variables. Some Harvey neighborhoods have HOA guidelines or local rules about temporary container placement, and the length of a move or renovation affects how long a container needs to stay on your property. Our team stays informed about these local considerations and can help you understand what may apply to your address before delivery.
Secure Storage in Harvey, Delivered to Your Door
From a single-room cleanout to a full household move, we have a container size and a secure storage option that fits. We’re locally owned and operated on the Jefferson Parish West Bank, which means the team scheduling your delivery and handling your pickup actually knows this area. Flexible rental periods, transparent pricing, and containers built to hold up in Louisiana’s climate are what we bring to every job.
We offer three sizes: a 12-foot container for 2 to 3 rooms or smaller projects, a 16-foot container for 3 to 4 rooms and mid-sized moves, and a 20-foot container for full-home moves, large renovations, and business storage needs.
How Secure Are Your Storage Containers?
Each container is built from steel with reinforced doors and a strong locking mechanism. The padlock key stays with you throughout the rental.
Can I Keep the Container at My Home or Business?
Yes. Containers can remain on your property for as long as you need ongoing access. If you’d prefer to clear your property, we can transport the container to our secure off-site facility and return it whenever you’re ready.
Will My Belongings Be Protected from Louisiana’s Weather?
Our containers are built with steel walls, weather-resistant materials, built-in ventilation to reduce humidity, and an eight-inch ground clearance to limit exposure to ground-level water. These features are designed with southeastern Louisiana’s conditions in mind.
