Business Development Manager
Job Description:
Go Mini’s seeks the ideal hardworking individual to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for increasing revenue and expanding Go Mini’s competitive position in the local market. The right team member approaches challenges head-on, takes pride in their work, and believes in getting the job done right. You’ll be required to develop and implement B2B sales initiatives and local sales programs, including knocking on doors to make sales. If you’re hungry for a dynamic career that will hone your existing cold-calling and consultative selling skills, contributing to Go Mini’s success, this position is for you! Reports to: President
Duties and Responsibilities
● Develop new business relationships to grow Go Mini’s individual and commercial customers while maximizing existing client base
● Ensuring revenue growth for a set target segment, including local commercial, relocation, and associations
● Increase revenue by utilizing existing customer relationships as referrals for new customers
● Establish relationships with agents, brokers, remodeling, and staging companies to develop
repeat and referral business
● Conduct presentations to educate consumers on Go Mini’s products
● Study and adapt to market and industry trends, leveling Go Mini’s above competitors
● Implement marketing action plans and sales initiatives to drive more sales
● Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal and external reports for tracking leads and sales
● May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Additional Details
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $45,000 + Commission
Benefits:
● Health & Dental offered at 90 days
● Paid holidays after 90 days
● 401k, including profit sharing
● PTO up to 3 weeks (earned over time)
