    When I first looked in to switching from PODS® it was mostly due to price and Go Mini's pricing was better. What I did not expect was the great service improvement we have seen by your being local and so customer oriented.

    When I first looked in to switching from PODS® it was mostly due to price and Go Mini's pricing was better. What I did not expect was the great service improvement we have seen by your being local and so customer oriented.

With you being local, I don't have to wait to get a box when we need one fast. Being in the disaster recovery business, our customers can't wait for a week when the washer hose breaks. Your Go Mini's has always been quick to help us out when we needed it. When I first looked in to switching from Pods it was mostly due to price and Go Mini's pricing was better. What I did not expect was the great service improvement we have seen by your being local and so customer oriented. Now there are new people in Jacksonville, Pack Rat and Units, who have been calling trying to get our business away from Go Mini's. Even though they are offering price discounts and even free boxes, we won't switch. Your consistent service and pricing and helpfulness have made us a loyal Go Mini's customer. Keep it up and we're staying where we are."

The entire procedure went incredibly smoothly due to the reliability of everyone involved. The containers arrived on the day they were scheduled and they were delivered promptly to our new home. We were kept informed every step of the way and we were even able to make use of two excellent, polite, strong movers to help unload. Out estimate of the amount of space required was slightly less than it should have been, but there was extra space in one of the containers to provide the necessary room. I would highly recommend Go Mini's Canada to anyone who wants to plan a self-directed move. It is an excellent company."

Bob did a great job of working with our hectic and ever-changing schedule to make sure the container was delivered and picked up at just the right time. Even though we had to delay and reschedule several times, Bob was completely understanding and able to fully accommodate our needs. Bob definitely had our best interests in mind. He helped us make sure we picked the right container size for our property, he recommended helpful movers who got things finished quickly and inexpensively, and he even made sure that our insurance policy still covered our property. We highly recommend GoMinis over other portable storage container companies and we'll definitely use them again in the future!"
