Job Location: Physical Location: Arden, NC - Our franchise locations include Asheville & Western NC, Johnson City & Eastern TN, and Myrtle Beach SC. This position would service all territories.
Job Summary:
Go Mini’s is looking for an individual who genuinely enjoys helping people and delivering great customer experiences. This person will provide product and service information to prospective customers, confidently ask for the sale, and support existing customers by answering questions and resolving issues quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and an excellent communicator who can see situations from the customer’s perspective while confidently solving problems and protecting the best interests of the company. This position includes occasional face-to-face client interaction, so candidates should be personable, confident, and comfortable representing the company professionally.
Position Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Answer all incoming calls from both prospective and current customers. Provide clear and accurate information, take detailed notes during each call, and confidently work to close the sale when appropriate.
- Efficiently follow up on website/phone leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Call on potential residential and commercial clients to promote our services.
- Represent the company at certain events or networking opportunities.
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as social media, newsletters, email campaigns, etc
- Enter reservations and maintain accurate customer records for scheduling and billing
- Perform administrative tasks such as paperwork, collection, and email correspondence.
- Schedule deliveries and pickups and work with the delivery specialists to ensure experience with customer is great.
- Secure electronic rental agreements with new customers
- Handle customer concerns/complaints, provide solutions promptly, follow up to ensure resolution and trust.
- Request and collect Google reviews from happy customers to support company review goals.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust through open communication, dedication, and integrity.
