Excellent customer service! I utilized Go Mini's for a long-distance move within Texas at the beginning of December. The communication process in getting the move scheduled was amazing and our move occurred without any issues. The driver that dropped off and picked up the POD was fantastic and explained the full process. I had previously tried to use 1-800-PACK-RAT - they left me high and dry on a hot summer evening with no delivery and no explanation. Go Mini's made sure to explain the delivery time, process, and even called me before the driver arrived. He even arrived 5 minutes early and we were done in 8 minutes' time. Both times, at drop-off and pick-up, the driver was respectful, kind, and professional.
