Excellent customer service! I utilized Go Mini's for a long-distance move within Texas at the beginning of December. The communication process in getting the move scheduled was amazing and our move occurred without any issues. The driver that dropped off and picked up the POD was fantastic and explained the full process. The price was very economical in comparison to utilizing a moving company or other competitor POD providers. All involved were superb (Territory Manager, Office Staff, and Drivers). I had previously tried to use 1-800-PACK-RAT - they left me high and dry on a hot summer evening with no delivery and no explanation. I had to move all my contents back into the garage and scramble to find another vendor - I found Go Mini's and they saved the day!
Go Mini's made sure to explain the delivery time, process, and even called me before the driver arrived. He even arrived 5 minutes early and we were done in 8 minutes' time. Both times, at drop-off and pick-up, the driver was respectful, kind, and professional. And, when I had to call several times and update my pick-up date, the customer service team was awesome and listened to my needs. They explained everything, never kept me on hold long, and did a great job working with my timeline and needs. They always stuck to the timelines they promised and never had delays or issues.
