This company is a godsend
1000 stars for this company! I cannot say enough how awesome this company was to deal with and use. I had previously tried to use 1-800-PACK-RAT - they left me high and dry on a hot summer evening with no delivery and no explanation. I had to move all my contents back into the garage and scramble to find another vendor - I found Go Mini's and they saved the day!
Go Mini's made sure to explain the delivery time, process, and even called me before the driver arrived. He even arrived 5 minutes early and we were done in 8 minutes' time. Both times, at drop-off and pick-up, the driver was respectful, kind, and professional. And, when I had to call several times and update my pick-up date, the customer service team was awesome and listened to my needs. They explained everything, never kept me on hold long, and did a great job working with my timeline and needs. They always stuck to the timelines they promised and never had delays or issues.
This company is a godsend and I will use them again and again. Don't go anywhere else; call them. You will be shocked that companies like this still exist -- they treat the customer with care, appreciate your business, and do everything they can to make you happy. I am so glad I used them and you will be too.
