Ms. Jeaninne and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Even the delivery drivers were awesome! I would never hesitate to use Go Mini’s again, and I would definitely recommend their service.
But here is the BEST part: my belongings sat in the Go Mini in my driveway for MONTHS. They went through fall, winter, spring, and summer, and when it was finally time to unload, everything was exactly as I had packed it. Nothing was damaged. Nothing was chewed on by mice, pests, or other animals. Everything was clean and well protected.
I used my own trusty storage lock that I’ve had for about 20 years, and when it was time to move the Mini to the new location, I had someone who knew what they were doing strap my belongings securely to the walls so they wouldn’t shift much during transport.
I had three mirrors stored inside, including one that is more than 60 years old, and everything arrived in pristine condition!
Thank you, Go Mini’s! I am so glad I chose your service instead of using traditional moving vans and storage facilities. I especially loved knowing that my belongings were protected inside my own Mini instead of sitting in a storage facility where mice and other varmints might be able to get to them.

Logistics were problematic for my move. I sold one home and attempted to purchase a second—perfect for using a Go Mini's unit. Problems ensued when my buyer changed the closing date three times and the new house failed inspection. I had to move into an apartment, which would not allow for a Go Mini's unit being stored overnight or for more than one day. The only Go Mini's downside was that they could not schedule an early morning drop-off and come back and get the unit at the end of the same day. Since I've never lived in an apartment, I did not know this would be an issue.
But throughout all of this frustration, I knew Jeannine was a text away and I cannot recommend the customer service she provided enough.
