    Would give 6 stars if I could! I was left in a huge conundrum when a competitor (ahem, PODS) no-called, no-showed after booking months in advance in order to avoid this exact situation. Our home was set to undergo a major renovation in 2 days and all of our first-floor belongings were to be moved. One small problem, though — with PODS no-calling/no-showing, we were left with no place to put household contents. Enter Go Mini's. John Myron was a literal knight in shining armor, answering my email at nearly 10pm and setting me up with a Go Mini's the next day. He walked me through the entire process and connected me with the driver, who provided a clear and timely arrival window. The location of a pod was a bit of a tight squeeze considering the layout of my shared driveway, but the driver navigated seamlessly and placed the Go Mini's in the perfect spot. When our renovation ran a couple of weeks over, as renovations do, they prorated the remaining month and came to pick up the pod within a day or two of calling. Outstanding customer service. No BS, just real service. Do yourself a favor and use Go Mini's!

    Phenomenal service, price, and delivery. I sent requests for quotes on storage containers and some companies never responded or were very pricey. I was also looking for an option to store the entire unit at their facility for a year and they were the only company with that option. The customer service is very responsive. Prices were the best and the sales reps John and Heather went above and beyond to the finest detail to make sure all of my needs were met. The delivery driver Matt was very helpful in placing the containers where they needed to go perfectly. I would highly recommend them for storage needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

    Bill was great! He was professional from the beginning. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Showed up as planned and followed directions in placement. I am happy I did not go with another retailer. The process was smooth and the customer service was also excellent. The price is fair.

    Bill Duncan delivered one of the Go Mini's storage containers to our workplace in White Plains. Space was super tight for him to maneuver the container into place, but he managed expertly! He was extremely polite and even managed to move around cars that were parked in the way. Would highly recommend!

    Go Mini’s team of professionals are amazing. Excellent experience from start to finish. I needed a pod ASAP as POD’s couldn’t fit the hydraulic truck into my tight driveway and the other company was unreliable. Heather assisted me and assured me Go Mini could not only get the job done but in less than 24 hours! Go Mini container was delivered today w/ expertise and care for my property. Bill Duncan was knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. Highly recommend Go Mini’s. 5 stars hands down.

    The telephone staff was helpful and courteous. They always answered promptly during business hours and answered all questions. My drop off driver was the same as the one who picked up my stuff, Mr. Bill Duncan. He was on time and extremely professional. He exercised care and concern for my property as well as wishing me success for my move. Great experience all around.

    Great service, exceeded expectations! Called office, contract sent same day. Lindsay scheduled delivery next day. Bill arrived on time and placed container exactly where we needed it. He was careful to protect driveway, and is a true professional.
