Case Study: Overcoming Delivery Limitations on a Steep Driveway
Client Overview:
A homeowner in Putnam County, NY, undergoing a home renovation project, required portable storage with driveway access on a steep incline.
Challenge:
The client initially contacted two national portable storage providers. Both attempted delivery using traditional gantry lift systems but were unable to navigate the incline of her driveway. These failed attempts not only delayed her project timeline but also caused significant frustration and left her without a storage solution at a critical time.
Solution:
The homeowner reached out to Go Mini’s of Putnam & Dutchess County, a locally owned and operated portable storage provider. Unlike other companies that use rigid delivery systems, Go Mini’s utilizes a more flexible and adaptable delivery method that easily handles challenging terrain, including steep driveways.
A 20-foot Go Mini’s container was successfully delivered and positioned exactly where the customer needed it. The process was smooth, timely, and stress-free.
Why Go Mini’s Was the Premium Choice:
Versatile Delivery Method: Our delivery system is designed to navigate difficult driveways, including steep or uneven surfaces where traditional systems fall short.
Competitive Pricing: The client found Go Mini’s pricing to be more favorable than the larger competitors.
Spacious Interior: Go Mini’s containers offer more usable space, maximizing storage capacity.
Immediate Availability: We were able to deliver a unit promptly—no scheduling backlogs or extended wait times.
Locally Owned and Operated: Our team knows the local terrain and is committed to personalized service, providing direct access to our on-call manager for questions or urgent needs.
Reliable Customer Support: The client appreciated the responsiveness and hands-on care provided throughout the process.
Outcome:
Go Mini’s successfully delivered a storage solution where other companies could not. The client was able to continue her renovation project without further disruption and expressed her satisfaction with both the product and the service experience.
