Case Study: How We Help Incredible Concrete Coatings Make Garage Transformations Easy
Transforming garages into amazing, functional spaces is whatIncredible Concrete Coatings of George Apap Painting does best. But before they can work their magic, they’ve got one big hurdle—clearing out the space. With bikes, tools, holiday decorations, and everything else crammed in there, figuring out where to put it all can feel like a whole project on its own. That’s where their partnership with Go Mini’s comes in.
Our flexible, on-site storage solutions make clearing out the garage quick and easy so their team can focus on creating stunning makeovers without the hassle. Here’s how Go Mini’s of Putnam & Dutchess County, NY helps Incredible Concrete Coatings keep their projects running smoothly.
Here’s how our team helps keep homeowners happy and Incredible Concrete Coatings moving.
The Challenges of Home Remodeling
Garage floor projects all start with the same challenge—clearing out the garage. From holiday decorations and bikes to tools and gardening equipment, everything has to be moved out. For most homeowners, it quickly feels overwhelming. Storing everything inside isn’t always realistic, and leaving it all outside risks damage from weather or accidents.
The team at Incredible Concrete Coatings realized their clients needed a better option. They wanted a simple, stress-free way to clear out garages while keeping everything safe. On top of that, they had tight schedules and multiple job sites to juggle, so flexibility was just as important as reliability.
Another big hurdle was figuring out how to easily manage storage between different job sites. They needed a versatile solution, something that could adjust to their timelines and keep up with their changing needs.
The takeaway? They needed a storage partner they could count on.
How We Solve It
That’s where we come in. At Go Mini’s of Putnam & Dutchess County, we’ve made it our mission to simplify the process for both homeowners and contractors alike. Over the past six-plus years, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with Incredible Concrete Coatings toprovide portable, on-site storage that gets the job done without a hitch.
Gary Tully of George Apap Painting, put it best when he said, “We have been partnering with Go Mini’s for the past six to seven years. Part of the services we offer are garage floor recoating and hardwood floor recoating, so it’s a natural partnership with Go Mini’s. The value added for me is the convenient solution for the customer, so they can safely contain their stuff while we do our project. Go Mini’s couldn’t make it more convenient.”
The process is designed to keep things easy. For each project, wedeliver one of our containers right to the homeowner’s driveway. It’s placed exactly where they’ll find it most convenient, and since it’s weather-resistant, everything inside stays clean, dry, and protected. When the project wraps up, we handle the pickup. No hassle, no headache.
Gary continued, “In an effort to keep things cohesive, they speak with the customer of ours, find a date that’s good for them, find an area they want the container dropped safely, and when they want it picked up. Go Mini’s has been a great solution for us and our customers, and I look forward to working with them for years to come.”
Why Contractors Love Working With Us
Flexible Storage Options
Every project comes with its own schedule, and sometimes those schedules shift. Whether it’s a quick one-week job or a month-long transformation, we’re ready to adjust. Need to move the container to a different job site? No problem. Weather causing a delay? We’ve got it handled.
Our flexibility has been a game-changer for Incredible Concrete Coatings. It means they can focus on what they do best while we take care of the rest.
Containers That Fit Perfectly
One of the things our customers love most about our containers is how easy they are to work with. They’re big enough to hold all the clutter from a garage but compact enough to sit neatly in a driveway without getting in the way. No extra fuss, no unnecessary disruption.
Helping You Go the Extra Mile
As a homeowner, it’s the little details that make a project stand out. Recommending Go Mini’s during the Incredible Concrete Coatings process is a small step that leaves a big impact. It’s not just about storage—it’s about giving homeowners peace of mind, knowing their belongings are safe.
That extra care goes a long way for contractors, too. It shows you’re dedicated to making the whole process easy and stress-free. That trust helps create stronger client relationships and more referrals down the road.
