Remodeling our house and we needed a storage shed for our furniture. I dealt with Shannon and she was fabulous. I had to move our delivery date out the first time and that was not a problem. As soon as I signed the agreement, she took care of the dates. She made sure that everything was good upon delivery and was very informative about pricing as far as monthly rental. My local Go Mini's office were on top of the game. Danielle handled everything for me as far as arranging the pod to be moved and relocated. Mario drives and handles the movement of your pod. I was impressed by his driving skills, and he was a good man. He waited a few minutes longer than he needed to make sure I was pleased. I was put in charge to arrange a storage unit for my daughter and son-in-law's local move. I've used the two larger companies (PODS and 1-800-PACK-RAT) with mixed results. The PODS experience was okay but very expensive, and the 1-800-PACK-RAT experience was expensive and a complete debacle. I decided to look beyond the big names and chose Go Mini's, and I'm glad I did. From my initial contact with Go Mini's representative Shannon Wood to the final pickup, the process was simple. Shannon was friendly, professional, and explained the rental process completely. She answered all my questions and showed genuine concern to help make the moving process less stressful. The unit was dropped off, loaded, and picked up for storage without any issues. When needed, the unit was delivered and the empty unit picked up with no problems.
