    Outstanding Service and an Incredible Community Partner! I cannot say enough great things about Go Mini's and the incredible support they have provided to the Rick Herrema Foundation (RHF) here in Central Texas! Throughout our planning and execution of the RHF Texas Ninja Warrior O'Course Challenge at Fort Hood, Go Mini's has been an outstanding partner. Their willingness to help us with our storage and logistical needs made a tremendous difference in our ability to organize equipment, manage supplies, and keep things running smoothly throughout such a large event. What stands out most is their commitment to helping organizations like ours serve military families. Their support went beyond simply providing a service.     Communication and customer service are first rate with this company. Moving is a very stressful time and they made it so much easier! Lloyd the manager went above and beyond the call of duty. He is a standout for providing exceptional customer service! He was so helpful and kind. We appreciate him so much. The pod delivery drivers Kara and Marcus were amazing as well. They were great at communicating and coordinating the delivery. They were very professional and concerned with making sure we were 100% happy. It was such a refreshing change. In a time where customer service is almost nonexistent with a lot of companies, this company stands out. They make you feel valued and important. Would 1000% recommend Mini Pods!

    Go Mini’s Moving & Portable Storage out of Waco, TX are some of the best reasonably priced and most professional people to work with. They were referred by my realtor and changed my total perception about selling our home. Ms. Hays provided great and timely service with a sweetness that only a truck-driving woman knows how to represent. She navigated and set that pod in my driveway like nobody’s business! Her savvy way of communicating brought immediate ease to the tension I was experiencing from our need to downsize into our senior retirement years. If you’re looking to sell, store, or simply modify your location (home or business), renovations, or moving, I 100% recommend giving Go Mini’s a try!

    The process from the beginning was a little rocky, but every issue I experienced was brought to the Go Mini team, and they worked to resolve each one. I especially want to highlight my amazing interaction with Kara. She answered my call over the weekend, when they don’t typically work, and went above and beyond to get me on the schedule. She assured me that she would take care of all my needs, and she absolutely did! I truly appreciate her kindness, thoughtfulness, and understanding of my family’s needs. The driver who picked up our storage and delivered it to the Houston area was also amazing. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Overall, I had a great experience with Go Mini and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable storage solution!

    We just got our Go Mini's container delivered. The driver Kara did an amazing job backing the pod in in a tight alleyway under a carport. I was very impressed by the driver and customer service (Stephanie), very nice to interact with, professional, and beat competitor prices exponentially. They also communicated very well about the time the container would arrive. Would recommend!
