• Sinkhole collapse
• Falling objects (if they damage the container)

How Claims Work

• Complete the online claim form available from your local Go Mini’s location.
• File within 30 days of discovering the loss (or before removing property from the container).
• Provide proof of ownership, photos or videos of damage, and police reports or evidence of forced entry (for theft claims).
• Reimbursement is based on the lesser of: actual cash value, replacement cost, or the plan limit selected.
