Jeena was awesome to talk to and interact with. Delivery personnel was easy to work with on the delivery location and setting up. He went the extra mile to get it on-property, out of the way of the construction area. Highly recommend them for your storage and moving needs.

Great company!
I have to say, this company went above and beyond for us with our move! They were extremely nice and worked around our schedule to drop our pods off and pick them up, which wasn’t easy because of last-minute closings. Would recommend to everyone! Great company!

Jeana Crouch was OUTSTANDING!
Super customer service, extremely prompt responses, very professional and well executed. Having used PODS [absolutely awful service] previously, Mullens / Greylock Storage were a refreshing change in how business should treat customers. Jeana Crouch was OUTSTANDING! Would highly recommend.

Flawless Experience
Good all-round experience. The people were accommodating and professional. We had no complaints. There was a little glitch when it came time to have the pod pick up on the final pick-up back to the pod warehouse. But other than that, it was flawless.

Just did a big renovation on our offices and needed storage for all of the furniture/PCs. Found Go Mini's and their staff to be super easy to work with. The drivers, Ed and Todd, who delivered and picked up our containers were very professional and efficient. Was very confident that all our stuff would be handled with care. Highly recommend using their services and I will definitely use again when I move personally as well.

Superior Customer Service
I would highly recommend this business for its superior customer service. Last year, when my daughter and I showed up to the Schenectady location without a lock, Steve helped us out. This year, when an advertised online discount didn't register, Jake apologized and credited the amount immediately. So refreshing! Thank you, guys!
