Our experience with Go Mini's was great!
We used Go Mini's recently in Darien, CT and their customer service was amazing.
Heather was so helpful with my inquiry and answered ALL my questions (I asked a lot). She emailed the estimate right away, and also explained the payment timeline. Heather was also very accommodating when we had to adjust our delivery/pick-up time.
The delivery of the pod was excellent. The driver, Bill D., was prompt, friendly, and very caring, with thought given for the best access for loading and garage access. Go Mini's is storing the pod monthly and will deliver when we give them the date.
Bill also explained how to secure any items inside the pod as well as how to open/lock the doors. The padlock and packing blankets could be purchased ahead of time through Go Mini's (one less thing to think about and so convenient). Bill had all those items with him. The pod was also spotless and ready to use on delivery.
Our experience with Go Mini's was great and we will definitely not hesitate to refer them and use them again!

Matt Johnson was the young man that delivered and set up the pod. He patiently spent the time to position the pod exactly as we wanted, carefully avoiding some roses and on top of a bare spot with rocks and a tree stump. Because the location was sloped and uneven, the pod had to be propped with blocks until it was level. We were impressed with the care and patience Matt showed in getting the pod properly situated.

John and his entire office crew gave me such a great start not only by having the container delivered early that morning and placed exactly where I wanted it by their driver Bill, but by all the direction of what I had to do with everyone else involved. John made sure I had the name of an outstanding mover (we're in late 70's so we couldn't move the furniture) named Roody, but he directed us in every aspect involved and stuck with us through the entire project, not just the container but the painting, carpeting, mover, everything which we greatly appreciated.
