They are filled with kindness and they responded immediately to all of our questions. During this horrible Covid-19 crisis, this was such a great, much safer way to move my Mom and Dad's stuff by easily loading the unit and placing it at our house versus having to go into an "indoor storage" area. They dropped off and picked it up in a timely manner and it was "no contact" all the way :).
