Just when I was beginning to lose faith in customer service, Go Mini’s completely restored it. From the initial reservation to delivery, an unexpected extension, and final pickup, every step of the process was seamless and professional.
I needed temporary storage while completing a full renovation of my 700-square-foot garage. When the container arrived, I was skeptical that I would be able to fit everything inside. However, the moment I opened the doors, I was genuinely impressed. The unit was spotless—so clean that it looked and smelled brand new.
Not only did all of my belongings fit comfortably, but I even had enough extra space to create a center aisle, allowing easy access to storage bins and lockers throughout the renovation.
When weather delays pushed back my flooring installation, I became concerned about needing additional time with the container. Thankfully, those concerns were completely unfounded. The Go Mini’s team made extending my rental incredibly easy and stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they were accommodating every step of the way.
