Our 12-foot container is listed for contents from spaces measuring up to approximately 800 square feet. It may fit an apartment, single-room renovation, garage cleanout, or a focused decluttering project with a limited amount of furniture.
16-Foot Container
Our 16-foot container is listed for contents from approximately 800 to 1,200 square feet. Consider it for a multi-room project, a smaller home, or belongings that include several large pieces of furniture and appliances.
20-Foot Container
Our 20-foot container is listed for contents from approximately 1,200 to 1,600 square feet. It may suit a larger residential move, an extensive home renovation, or a project combining household belongings with garage, attic, or outdoor equipment.

Distribute heavier belongings across the floor and use the tie-down rings to help keep packed items in place. Leave enough room to load safely and reach anything you expect to need during the rental period.
What to Consider Before Choosing a Size
A room-by-room inventory is more useful than a box count alone. Two projects with the same number of boxes may require different sizes if one includes sofas, bed frames, appliances, lawn equipment, or workshop materials.
Before selecting a container, review:
Rooms involved: Count every bedroom, living area, storage space, garage, and project area whose contents will go inside.
Bulky belongings: Identify sofas, mattresses, dining sets, appliances, shelving, lawn equipment, and other pieces that limit stacking options.
Packing arrangement: Consider whether furniture can be disassembled and boxes can be stacked securely.
Access needs: Keep frequently needed belongings near the door and leave enough space to reach them.
Placement area: Check for low branches, overhead wires, narrow turns, unstable surfaces, and other obstructions before delivery.
Choosing too small a container may require extra handling or an additional container, while choosing more space than you need can leave room unused. Consider the complete project rather than relying only on your home’s square footage.
What Happens After You Select Your Container
We deliver the selected container to your chosen location. You load your belongings on your schedule, and we pick up the container when you’re ready.
Depending on your plan, we can transport the container to a new location or place it in a secure off-site storage facility. Flexible rental periods also let you keep it at your location for as long as needed, subject to the local rental arrangement.

Just when I was beginning to lose faith in customer service, Go Mini’s completely restored it. From the initial reservation to delivery, an unexpected extension, and final pickup, every step of the process was seamless and professional.
I needed temporary storage while completing a full renovation of my 700-square-foot garage. When the container arrived, I was skeptical that I would be able to fit everything inside. However, the moment I opened the doors, I was genuinely impressed. The unit was spotless—so clean that it looked and smelled brand new.
Not only did all of my belongings fit comfortably, but I even had enough extra space to create a center aisle, allowing easy access to storage bins and lockers throughout the renovation.
