Portable Container Delivery for PCS Moves & Deployments
Go Mini's of Fayetteville, NC delivers portable storage containers directly to your door so you can load on your own schedule rather than racing to meet a truck. Once your container is packed, we transport it to your next location or move it to our secure off-site storage until you’re ready. As a locally owned and operated business, we serve communities throughout Robeson County and understand the region’s ties to military life.
Relocating from Lumberton, Pembroke, or St. Pauls? Call (910) 387-5942 to reserve a container or get a quote. We can work around your PCS orders, not the other way around.
Built for the Realities of a Military Relocation
PCS moves and deployments rarely follow a clean timeline. Orders arrive late, report dates shift, and families sometimes need their belongings stored for weeks before a new home is ready. Our container delivery model is designed to flex with those realities rather than add to the pressure.
Container Features That Support a Military Move
Every container sits at ground level, which makes loading heavier furniture and boxed gear far easier than hauling it up a high truck ramp. Padded wheels protect your driveway and property from damage during placement and pickup. Containers are built from weather-resistant steel, so your household goods stay protected whether the container sits on your property or in our secure off-site storage. Rental periods are flexible: keep your container as long as your assignment or deployment requires, without pressure to meet a return date that doesn’t fit your situation.
Personalized Service from a Locally Owned Business
When you reach Go Mini's of Fayetteville, NC, you’re talking to someone who knows Robeson County and has coordinated moves tied to Fort Liberty and the surrounding region. That’s a different experience from a national call center, and it shows in the details.
Robeson County’s Connection to Fort Liberty
Robeson County borders Cumberland County, home to Fort Liberty, and Interstate 95 runs north-south through the county, making it a direct corridor to the installation. Many service members and their families live in Lumberton, Pembroke, St. Pauls, and surrounding communities while assigned to Fort Liberty. We’ve worked with families throughout this corridor and understand how military-move logistics play out in this part of North Carolina.
Robeson County also operates a Veterans Services office in Lumberton that provides benefits counseling to veterans and their dependents. While that office handles benefits questions, Go Mini's of Fayetteville, NC handles the storage side: getting a container to your property, keeping your belongings secure, and delivering it when your next chapter begins.
A Process That Follows Your Timeline
Most moving services run on a single moving day. Our container process doesn’t. Each step adapts to your family’s schedule, whether you have three weeks to prepare or three days.
How the Container Process Works
Reserve Early: Book your container as soon as you have orders in hand. Reserving early helps secure your delivery date and gives you a fixed point in an otherwise shifting timeline.
Pack at Your Own Pace: We deliver the container to your address and leave it while you load. Pack room by room across several days rather than in one frantic morning.
Choose Your Storage Plan: Select a short-term or long-term rental based on how long you need the container. If your new home isn’t ready when your lease ends, your belongings can stay secure in our off-site storage until you give us a delivery address.
Delivery to Your Next Location: When you’re ready, we can transport the container to your new address. If you’re placing it on a military installation, check with the base housing office first, as on-post placements typically require advance approval.

Container Sizes for Every Military Move
We offer three container sizes, each built from durable, weather-resistant steel. Choosing the right size keeps your move efficient and your costs down.
12-Foot Container: Well-suited for small apartments, single-room storage, or decluttering before a PCS.
16-Foot Container: A practical fit for medium-sized moves or multi-room household storage during a deployment.
20-Foot Container: Our largest option, offering more packing space and more tie-down points than PODS containers, so bulkier furniture and equipment can be loaded more securely.
