Go Minis ® Franchising, LLC. There are just so many great things I can say about Go Mini's. “I hope this let's me list them all. From starting over a year ago when we first made contact with John to set up the service. He even called us on a Sunday. Then managing our needs with Heather. She is fabulous. Very thoughtful professional and quick to respond. Always able to answer questions. The initial delivery and transport to our storage location was seamless. I apologize for not remembering the drivers name but he was able to relocate the unit right where we asked. We were in a situation that we needed to store everything for over a year. This option was far less expensive for the size of the unit vs any stand alone storage facility. Automatic monthly payments make it very easy. Now finally comes the day we can have our unit relocated to our new home. Bill Duncan arrived right on time. He was met with a serious challenge and WOW he is now my hero! The unit unfortunately had settled into the soft ground after sitting in this location for over a year. It had been leveled on arrival and boards placed but over the time a back wheel had sunken down. Initially Bill was not sure it was coming out. He used all his skills, experience and knowledge and he successfully managed to maneuver the unit onto the truck. There was much celebrating. There were certainly moments Bill had his doubts but to continue to come up with alternate solutions and not giving up and now to have our unit relocated to where we can unpack it, I can not thank him enough. So now we unpack. Then I get the joy to inform Heather to Send Bill to please return and take the unit back to Go Mini's Empty! Thankfully we made a local relocation because the only sad part about Go Mini's is they can't move you further than the states they serve locally. I do and will recommend Go Mini's to everyone.
