After a few days’ research on moving options in the tri-state area, I found Go Mini's and had the great good fortune to connect with one of their professional planners named Shannon. Over the course of two days and several calls, she maintained a very professional and upbeat approach to problems and a number of logistics challenges. Each time a challenge regarding my pick-up or drop-off came up, Shannon was not only willing but incredibly insightful with problem-solving and resources—not only with her company, but within the industry in the tri-state area. Due to timing, I will not be able to work with them on this move, but I will happily and highly recommend the company and Shannon in particular. Note: My rating is an absolute five out of five for Shannon, and the company.

My treasures had to be out in storage after selling my house and then moving closer to my daughter in a neighboring town. This home had to be renovated, and for two years my treasures were to be put in storage. I chose mini pods, as it would be less manpower to put items in at one location and out at another. The staff has been exceptional in customer service. After a golf-size hailstorm, they sent people out to check to make sure all was well with my treasures. We rented a 16-foot Go Mini from Justin Kline over in Owensboro in early December for a restoration project. Working with Mr. Kline was a wonderful experience. He made the process very easy and quick. He was able to pull up our house on an app and ask me where we wanted it, and after discussing the location, he was able to show me through my phone the exact spot where he was going to have the Go Mini placed. It was delivered in a timely manner and was a huge help in our project. We finished our project Wednesday, and I called Mr. Kline, and he arranged for it to be picked up today, and it was indeed picked up. We couldn’t be any happier with our experience with Go Mini’s and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs them during a moving, restoration, renovation project, etc.
