Renovations and moving are stressful, but my experience with Go Mini's was completely stress free. There may be cheaper options out there, but you will not regret going with Go Mini's thanks to their customer service, security, and professionalism. Alva (the owner) was just a gem. He was incredibly accommodating with my ever-changing project, from first booking to final pickup. At booking, he automatically applied a generous discount that I had missed through the website. On the drop off day, he noticed my Go Mini was quite dirty with an oil slick from the previous user. He called me to let me know he was going to swap it out for a clean one, which arrived just a short time later. He personally drove the truck at drop off, greeting me with a huge smile. He and a colleague worked to put the storage pod exactly where I wanted it, and made sure I was satisfied before they left. When I needed to change dates for the pickup, Alva responded quickly to email (several times!) and made the whole rescheduling process easy without any hassle. The day of drop off, a Go Mini's crew member texted their ETA, and picked up on time. I would absolutely work with Go Mini's again on my future renovations and moves. It's so worth the price - which is competitive - for the peace of mind you'll get working with this team.
