From the customer service on the phone to the delivery and pick up guys, everyone is very nice, efficient and attentive. I appreciated the personal service on the phone and not an automated line to try to navigate. Cindy was extremely nice and helpful. The delivery guys were great to work with. They had availability for us and also picked up as soon as we needed it gone. (The other company we called only had select availability three weeks before we wanted it so we appreciated the ability to have it delivered when we needed it). The price is also less than some of the other ones around with much greater/faster availability, as well as larger pods.
