    The pricing was fair and the ladies in the offices were kind and helpful. My only frustration was with delivery. We were given a two-hour window for delivery, but it was delivered a half hour late. Communication about running late from the driver would have been appreciated.

    The pod experience went well; the only exception was the online order was for a 12 ft pod, but when delivery was made, the driver informed me that they did not have 12 ft pods, and we were given a 16 ft one instead. This caused us to not be able to access our carport. Otherwise, we were satisfied with this experience.

Communicating with customer service was extremely easy and could be done through text. I highly recommend using their services!
