How Our Portable Storage Process Works
You choose the delivery date and an approved placement area, and we bring a portable storage container to your property. Before scheduling delivery, confirm that the planned location has adequate clearance and complies with applicable property or municipal requirements.
Delivery & Ground-Level Placement
Our containers sit at ground level, so you can load them without using a ramp or lift. Padded wheels are intended to help protect driveways and other approved placement surfaces during delivery and pickup. The available placement area can affect which container size is appropriate for your property.
Loading on Your Schedule
You load and organize your belongings inside the delivered container at your own pace. Suitable packing materials and careful organization are important, particularly for fragile or moisture-sensitive belongings. You also supply the appropriate padlock, which keeps control of access in your hands.
Pickup, Storage & Redelivery
Once you finish loading, our team coordinates pickup and transportation. You may keep the container on-site, have us transport it to another location, or choose secure off-site storage. Flexible rental periods accommodate moves and projects whose timelines change.

Security Features for On-Site & Off-Site Storage
Our portable storage containers use steel construction and weather-tight seals. These features are designed for weather protection while the container is on your property, during transportation, or stored off-site. Your padlock secures the container, so access isn’t shared through a conventional facility key or access code.
Security also depends on how belongings are prepared and what is placed inside the container. Make an inventory, use appropriate packing materials, and follow all prohibited-item requirements. Hazardous, perishable, and other excluded items shouldn’t be stored in the container.
MiniGuard™ Protection Plan
The Go Mini’s brand offers the MiniGuard™ Protection Plan for eligible belongings stored in a locked Go Mini’s container. Coverage is subject to the plan’s terms, limits, and exclusions. On-Site Access or Secure Off-Site Storage
The right storage arrangement depends partly on how often you’ll need your belongings. Keeping the container on your property gives you direct access for loading and unloading throughout the rental period. This option can work well during an active renovation, staged move, or ongoing inventory change when approved placement space is available.
Off-site storage moves the loaded container out of your way until it’s needed again. Access requires coordination with our local team so we can redeliver the container. Plan ahead if you expect to retrieve belongings during the project, since an off-site container isn’t available for immediate walk-up access.
