Portable Storage Built Around Your Estimate
Once you select a container size, we deliver it to your location so you can load it on your schedule. Depending on your service arrangement, you can keep the container at the property or have us pick it up for storage at our secure facility or delivery to a new location.
Our steel containers feature ventilation, elevated placement, padded wheels, customer-controlled locks, and interior tie-down rings. Ground-level placement also creates a straightforward path for loading your belongings.
We’re locally owned and operated in Vandalia and serve Dayton and nearby communities such as Kettering and Huber Heights. After you complete the estimate, our team can confirm available options, delivery details, and your preferred storage arrangement.

Our published square-foot ranges offer general guidance for comparing your result with the available sizes. They aren’t assurances because homes with similar floor plans can contain very different inventories.
12-foot container: Our smallest option, associated with contents from up to approximately 800 square feet
16-foot container: Associated with contents from approximately 800 to 1,200 square feet
20-foot container: Our largest published option, associated with contents from approximately 1,200 to 1,600 square feet
