But Go Mini was less expensive and much better service: 4 days, point to point with very accommodating scheduling. That's good, but even better are the people: from the regional manager, Ben, to the office staff, Luisa, and finally the driver, Scott; people like Scott are the real face of the company interacting with the customer: pleasant, friendly, and in direct phone contact to ensure he met my schedule requirements. Made this tough relocation challenge successful.
