For the first part of the move I used one of the big, brand name companies, which was costly and offered little flexibility in terms of delivery times—5–7 days is the best they could do. But Go Mini was less expensive and much better service: 4 days, point to point with very accommodating scheduling. That's good, but even better are the people: from the regional manager, Ben, to the office staff, Luisa, and finally the driver, Scott; people like Scott are the real face of the company interacting with the customer: pleasant, friendly, and in direct phone contact to ensure he met my schedule requirements. Made this tough relocation challenge successful.
