I have so many great things to say about Erica and Go Mini Storage. She was responsive, friendly, and professional. We were originally supposed to move in the middle of May, but we had to delay and push everything back, and the entire time Erica was calm and professional. We were told that our move was 2,300 cubic feet, which would have been enough to fit in a 16- and 20-foot unit. On the day of our move, we ran out of space, and Erica was able to have an additional unit delivered within an hour. She went above and beyond when we had the units delivered on a holiday (4th of July). Erica and her team delivered and picked up all three units so the storage units were not sitting outside of the house.

Go Mini's offers fabulous service! We had been thinking about renting a storage unit for decluttering our home but kept putting it off. We finally made a decision at 8 p.m. at night and were fortunate to have it delivered the next day shortly after 12 noon. AMAZING!!! All of the other businesses were still contacting me asking for more information, and Go Mini's had already delivered because they made the process so easy online. In addition, their driver was extremely competent, called for additional directions, and positioned and repositioned the storage unit exactly where we wanted it so it would not be seen by neighbors passing by, and did it all with a smile!!! Excellent job!!! I would recommend Go Mini's to anyone needing a storage unit. GREAT JOB!!! GREAT JOB, GO MINI'S!!!
