We had such a great experience with Go Mini's® of Jacksonville! We used them for my mom’s move, and I can absolutely see why they already have a 5-star rating on Google. That’s actually what led me to them in the first place, and they definitely lived up to it.
The containers we received were in great condition and extremely clean. Communication throughout the entire process was awesome. They were always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and made everything so easy. We originally thought we would only need one container but ended up needing a second to fit everything. They got right on it and made sure we had what we needed without any hassle.
They also stored the containers at their facility for us for a short time before delivering them to my mom’s new home. Everything arrived in perfect condition, which gave us a lot of confidence in how carefully they handled and stored the containers.
Mark, the owner, and his son David were both wonderful to work with—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant every single time we dealt with them. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service we received.

Best experience ever from delivery to pickup. They took the time to place the Go Mini on my new paver driveway. They were super careful and used hydraulic wheels to hand push it in place but kept special plates under the Go Mini so it would not damage the driveway.
