I requested it only 24–48 hours before needing it. I really loved that they were local and not a big chain where you and your concerns could get lost. I felt well attended to and taken care of. They have people who will unload your unit into your location. This was a MAJOR plus for me!! The movers even came the day before to scout where the unit could be parked as they unloaded it.
