Singer/songwriter Barry Manilow is an American icon known for hits songs such as “I Write the Songs,” “Mandy,” “Copacabana” has his impressive home in Malibu for sale. The four-bedroom home is a blocky contemporary with a matching one-bedroom guest house on the oceanfront. The most impressive part of this home is the two-story living room with big glass windows to exploit the ocean view day or night. Reports are that the home has already had a price cut from $12.6 million to a cool $10.9 million, but Manilow paid $3.85 million in 2002 so there is likely room for further price cuts here and it may need them.

This 3,546 square-foot beauty is located on Malibu Road, right on the beach. The two-story property features a living room with floor-to-ceiling glass, a media/family room, and an entire master wing with its own fireplace and terrace. The home has amazing coastline views, and a separate guest house with a kitchen.
