Last month Joan Rivers put her Connecticut country house in New Milford, Connecticut on the market for $6.5 Million.

The four-bedroom country home is a bit more relaxed than her Manhattan apartment which is also on the market for $25 million. She bought the property for $1,438,400 in 2000.
