Satellite-No Cap Programs
Definitions
Exclusive Dealership Territory-A defined geographic area that is owned and operated by an authorized Go Mini’s®dealer. This territory may include multiple cities and counties as defined by Go Mini’s, LLC. Most dealership territories include multiple counties surrounding a primary metropolitan area with populations ranging form 400,000 to one million.
Satellite Dealer Territory-A subdivision of an Exclusive Dealership Territory as defined by the authorized Go Mini’s® dealer. The Satellite Dealer is granted authority to operate as a Go Mini’s dealer in return for an agreed upon percentage of gross sales, and any other fees as agreed to by both parties. Territories can be as small as one city and as large as two or three counties. Satellite Dealers have the opportunity to operate a Go Mini’s® business in an assigned exclusive territory and be recognized as a Go Mini’s Dealer. Capital Investment required.
The No Cap Income Sharing Program-The No Cap program provides an avenue for local businesses in the exclusive dealership territories to represent Go Mini’s in exchange for a share of rental income. No Cap Program participants provide a site for containers and arrange container rentals from customers. In return the No Cap Partner shares in the income from such rentals as agreed to in a No Cap contract with the Exclusive Territory Dealer. No capital investment is required.
