We understand the many start up considerations that must be contemplated in launching any new business venture. The information contained in this section discusses many of the considerations that need to be evaluated when looking into a Go Mini’s® dealership opportunity.

Go Mini’s^® Dealership Fee

The Dealership Fee is a one time cost based on the population of a territory. This fee entitles the dealer to the exclusive rights to that territory. Included in the territory fee is hands-on training, ongoing consultation and a Go Mini’s® Confidential Operations Manual outlining successful strategies, and procedures. Remember, the Go Mini’s® dealership opportunity is not a franchise, and therefore there are no royalty fees. You maintain all the profits.

Go Mini’s Transport Vehicles

The Go Mini’s® Transport Truck is a fully hydraulic roll-back transport vehicle. The bed of the truck is made exclusively to the specifications of Go Mini’s®. It is our intention to provide high quality, uniform equipment to all dealers.

Go Mini’s Containers

Royalty Fees

There are NO ROYALTY FEES. Go Mini’s® offers Dealerships not Franchises.

Dealer Training

Go Mini’s® offers a two day extensive program located at one of the dealership sites that will show new dealers the ins and outs of the everyday workings necessary to be a success.

FINANCING

Financing is available for qualified individuals. We will provide you with the names of specific institutions that work closely with Go Mini’s® dealers to help them attain the goal of owning and operating a Go Mini’s® dealership.

START UP INVESTMENT

The initial startup expenditure for a Go Mini’s® dealership is more modest than most competing businesses. The three primary costs required to open a Go Mini’s® dealership are the territory fee, the purchase of a transport truck and the initial minimum purchase of 36 Go Mini’s® patented (Patent # US 7,497,347) containers. You will also need a place to store containers.

The initial dealership fee varies for each market depending on population. Fees start at $27,000 (US) for a territory of up to 400,000 in population.

Upon signing the Dealer Agreement, 50% of the total minimum container cost is due and is non-refundable. Container cost will vary depending on the container sizes chosen. The transport truck is approximately $75,000.

If you are using Go Mini’s® as add-on to an existing business, such as self storage, your costs would be lower. Our Satellite and No Cap Programs provide additional opportunities with minimal investments.
